- Expert local and remote application programs and Operating System Software support. Experienced with, and in the operations and use of, MS Office application suites and in excess of 160 different DOD, Health Care and Educational systems and applications.
- Experienced Digital Equipment Corporation (DEC) VMS Operating System Software administration and maintenance.
- Customer premises and/or remote hardware configuration, maintenance and repair support (PC and Servers, Unix Workstation and Mini platforms, X-Terminal, VT Terminal).
- Workgroup installation, implementation and user training for full use of MS Outlook 97/98 document and calendar sharing. Once configured, users will be instructed in managing document and information sharing via MS Outlook . Existing non-MS Outlook e-mail will be converted to appropriate personal mail.
